Scott McDonald, senior vice president of the Ouachita Independent Bank Retail Division, recently announced the addition of Kathy Boykin to the OIB team. She will manage the OIB Branch Office on Highway 165 in north Monroe.

Boykin, a native of Ouachita Parish, began a career in retail where she spent over 20 years as a store manager. For the past 10 years she has been involved in the financial services industry, as a branch manager and investment specialist for two large regional banks. "We are excited about the experience Kathy brings to OIB as we continue to grow at our north Monroe location," McDonald said.

She and husband Byron, pastor of Omega Worship Center, reside in West Monroe.
