Lowe's to begin work on WM site
Three years after it was reported that Lowe's Home Improvement would return to West Monroe, city officials expect major work to begin on Lowe's new West Monroe site by the first of August.
The Ouachita Citizen first reported in 2007 that Lowe's would build a super center near the Pizza Hut on Constitution Drive.
Lowe's moved from West Monroe to Monroe roughly 13 years ago to open a new super center near Garrett Road and Interstate 20.
