New dispute resolution forum for La. taxpayers A new forum for audit dispute resolution is available to Louisiana taxpayers beginning July 1, according to the Louisiana Department of Revenue.

"APB's purpose is to resolve tax-related disputes at the earliest opportunity," said Secretary of Revenue Cynthia Bridges. "This is the first step in a process to find an equitable solution for both parties without resorting to costly and time-consuming litigation." .....For the full story, subscribe to the The Ouachita Citizen's NEW E-Edition! |
