Don't just stand there, do something Someone, with tongue in cheek said, "Don't just sit there, worry?" Well, in between worrying and doing something, there are decisions that have to be made. Good decision making is vital to effective leadership in any organization. It is especially true in Christianity.
In matters of the church, there is a constant need for good, spiritual decision makers. This is true, not only among church leaders, but in every area of human activity those involved need to move ahead. Also, leaders of any program need to realize the close relationship between decision making and problem solving. Things need to be done ... but how? Here are some suggestions:
