Jindal appoints Terry Emory
Gov. Bobby Jindal recently announced appointments to the Sparta Groundwater Conservation District.
Among the appointments is Terry Emory, of Eros. Emory is an environmental quality manager for the City of West Monroe. Emory will serve as a member selected from nominations submitted by various governing entities of municipalities within the district that have a minimum use of five hundred thousand gallons of water per day.
