OPAC students do well at conference

Ouachita Parish Alternative Center students involved in the Jobs for America's Graduates program won a number of state awards at the annual Career Development Conference earlier this month.

One student, Britney Walls, walked away with the most prestigious award given at the annual conference, the Ms. JAG award.

In all, students brought home a total of 16 awards. This was the first year OPAC participated in the JAG program
