Riser to speak at ULM graduation

State Sen. Neil Riser of Columbia is the keynote speaker for University of Louisiana-Monroe's 2010 Spring Commencement exercises, set for 2 p.m., Saturday, May 22.

Riser serves on the Republican State Central Committee, and as vice president of the Capital Regional Legislative Delegation. He also serves on the Republican legislative delegation.

Among his committee assignments, Riser also serves as chairman of Labor and Industrial Relations, and as a member of Agriculture, Revenue and Fiscal Affairs, Insurance, and the Select Committees on Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs.
