Jindal keeps Self on board
Gov. Bobby Jindal recently announced the reappointment of W. Waine Self of Sterlington to the Bayou Desiard Lake Restoration Commission.
The Bayou Desiard Lake Restoration Commission serves to control, manage and protect Bayou Desiard Lake.
Self is a retired office manager and chief accountant with Ellington Construction. Self was nominated for reappointment by the senator for Senate District 35, as required by statute.
The commission is comprised of seven members, subject to senate confirmation. |
