David Kennedy joins OIB
Clyde R. White, Chairman and CEO of Ouachita Independent Bank, is pleased to announce that David Kennedy has joined OIB as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
A native of Sinton, Texas, he is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. David has 27 years experience in banking in northeast Louisiana.
