LSU Tiger Tour comes back to Monroe
This Tuesday, May 11, the Ouachita Parish Alumni Chapter of the LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation will welcome the LSU Tiger Tour as it rolls into town for its annual stop at the Monroe Civic Center Arena.
The Tiger Athletic Foundation, LSU Alumni Association and LSU Foundation all contribute to the tour which in turn supports the "Forever LSU" fundraising push. The three organizations are the main fundraising arms of the LSU athletic department. This year, the tour will feature remarks from LSU football head coach Les Miles and Vice Chancellor and Athletic Director Joe Alleva.
Other LSU personalities scheduled to come to Monroe include LSU Chancellor Dr. Michael Martin and General Ron Richard, who currently serves as CEO of the TAF.
