Coaches offer life lessons
Besides my parents and a lot of books, most of my mentors in life were coaches. These are some of the life lessons that I learned from them.
1. Love your teammates. 2. Build a family. 3. Always sprint from the huddle.4. Keep your emotions under control. You can whoop and yell right after winning the state championship. 5. Never lose the game between your center and your quarterback. These positions should be manned by two of the smartest players on the team. 6. Don't ever walk. Hustle back to the huddle. 7. Take good care of your players. Mind, body, and soul. 8. Always be planting positive mental seeds all year long. 9. Make sure your players wear the best football shoes available. Your feet should always be comfortable .10. Psychological shape is more important than physical shape. If you have the mental right, then you will not have to worry about the physical.
