The West Monroe Rebel baseball team will be back in action tonight at 6 p.m. when they travel to Monroe to battle the Ouachita Lions.

The Rebels have wrapped up the district 2-5A championship for another season and have now won 14 of the last 15 district titles overall. The Rebels clenched the title last Thursday by beating Ouachita 10-8 at Shelby Aulds Field in West Monroe.

Ouachita scored six runs in the top of the fifth inning to pull to within 8-7 before evening the score at 8-8 on a pair of throwing errors by the West Monroe defense that allowed Ryan Gebhardt to score.
