The Ouachita Christian School Eagles will be hosting a Class 1A playoff baseball game this week as the chase for the championship begins across the state of Louisiana.

OCS downed the Rayville Hornets of Class 3A 10-0 last Thursday and then saw their Saturday game at Shreveport's Calvary Baptist School washed out to end the regular season schedule for the Eagles.

OCS (19-10, 10-5) finished second in district 2-1A behind the Cedar Creek School Cougars (23-6, 13-2) of Ruston. Behind the incredible season of Mark Laird, OCS has had great success as of late.
