Northeast Aero Radio Control Club has rescheduled it's annual Bud Cady Fun Fly for Saturday, May 1, at Tiger Field in West Monroe.

The April 24 event was called off due to inclement weather.

All types of radio controlled airplanes and helicopters will be flying. Small and large models powered by gasoline or nitro engines and also electric models powered by batteries.

Activities begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. Flying will be continuous throughout the day with special demonstrations throughout the day featuring aerobatic flying, helicopters and aerial combat.

There is no charge for spectators and concessions will be available. There is a $10 fee for pilots and an AMA membership is required.

Tiger Field is located on Trade Street (Formerly Enterprise Road) just south of New Natchitoches Road about 1/4 mile west of Well Road.

For more information contact Randy Brown at 323-1166 or 376-4081 or visit www.weflyrc.net.
