VVC, Davison ink new lease

V-Vehicle Co. says a new lease agreement has been worked out for the company to continue utilizing the former Guide plant in eastern Ouachita Parish.

David Hitchcock, VVC's vice president of Louisiana operations, announced Monday in a prepared news release that VVC and the owner of the former Guide plant had come to terms on a new lease.

James Davison, a Ruston businessman who also is an investor in VVC, owns the former Guide plant and adjacent property through one of his companies, Guideco LLC.
