Panthers, Farmers renew rivalry

The Sterlington Panthers will be back in district 2-2A action on Friday night when they visit the Farmerville Farmers.

The Panthers have won the two previous meetings between the teams. The Panthers hosted and beat the Farmers 3-2 on March 23 before defeating them 11-1 on April 1.

Clay Branton and his brother, Clint, have been two of the biggest batters for the Panthers in district play.
