"Tails and Trails" at Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Reserve will present "Wildlife Homes" on Thursday, April 15.

During the program attendees will talk about the different kinds of homes where wildlife live. There will be a craft, story, nature walk to find wildlife homes (weather dependent) and a snack.

Registration is required for this monthly program. Participants will be limited to 20 children 3-5 years old only and accompanying adults. Preschools are welcome.

This program is from 9:30 –11a.m. in the Conservation Learning Center. Call 387-1114 to register. Registration is required by April 14.

Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge is located just north of Monroe off Hwy 165 N on Richland Place. "Tales and Trails" programs are open to the public and there is no charge.
