Arrant, Wilkerson to marry
Mr. and Mrs. Travis and Karen Arrant of West Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter, Janna Elyse Arrant, of West Monroe to Kevin Avery Wilkerson of Spring, Texas, the son of Randy and Lauri Wilkerson of West Monroe.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jeanette Rolen and the late Eugene Rolen of West Monroe and Bobbie Arrant and the late J.B. Arrant of West Monroe. Janna graduated from West Ouachita High School in 2005 and from the University of Louisiana-Monroe with a degree in elementary education. She is employed with the Ouachita Parish School Board.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Wiley and Betty Avery of McGehee, Ark., Charles and Marie Turman of Shreveport and the late Riley Wilkerson of Monroe. Kevin graduated from West Monroe High School in 2003 and from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 2007 with a degree in construction management. He is employed with Manhattan Construction Company as a project engineer.
The couple will exchange vows in a garden ceremony in the courtyard of Cedar Grove Mansion at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010.
