The Richwood Rams will continue to defend their LHSAA Class 3A state championship when they host a quarterfinal game against No. 2 Plaquemine Friday at 7 p.m.

Richwood went on the road and trounced North Desoto on Tuesday, 91-66.

Marceis Davis scored a career-high 38 points to lead the Rams to the second-round victory.
