What is Dianne Cage cooking this week? There is so much to celebrate in this life and not enough time!
I hope all had a wonderful Valentine's and a happy Mardi Gras! What about those Saints? Mike and I were in San Miguel de Allende and watch the game in the beautiful old home of Santa Ana, where we were staying with some of our Texas friends.
It was so exciting, it made us proud of Louisiana. To top all the excitement, Mitch Landrieu is the new Mayor of New Orleans! Good things are happening in our beloved state!
"WHO DAT" is not one of my favorite sayings but maybe why not at this time? Back to Mardi Gras, I have never had a King Cake that I thought was any good. See who and what Dianne Cage is talking about this week — and what she is cooking up in the kitchen — on Page 9A of this week's Citizen. This week's column includes recipes for Pheasant in Wine and Ramona's Morning Glory Muffins
