Career Technical College celebrated its winter 2010 commencement Jan. 29 at the Jack Howard Theater of the Monroe Civic Center. Ninety-nine graduates were recognized before a large crowd of family and friends.

Commencement address was given by State Rep. Richard "Rick" Gallot Jr. (District 11).
