I-20 traffic stops yield hundreds of pounds of marijuana
Deputies assigned to the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office's Interstate Criminal Enforcement unit made two drug busts in the past 24 hours on Interstate 20.
Last night, deputies seized some 157 pounds of marijuana and arrested two illegal immigrants following an I-20 traffic stop.
Earlier tonight, deputies seized some 110 pounds of marijuana and made one arrest following a traffic stop on I-20.
