Rams, C-Dogs still in 2-3A race The Carroll Bulldogs will close out the regular season on Friday night when they face the Franklin Parish Patriots at 7 p.m.
Carroll has already claimed the district 2-3A championship and now has their eyes set on a bigger prize, the LHSAA Class 3A state championship. Carroll will use the game against the Class 4A Patriots as a great learning tool and tune-up game before the playoffs begin.
The Patriots are one of Class 4A's most consistent teams over the past two years under head coach Wyscee Kerry. Franklin Parish is 23-6 on the season and is coming off a loss to the Neville Tigers last week. For the full report, see Page 3B of this week's Citizen.
