The Northeast Louisiana Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) installed its new officers for 2010 at a recent dinner in Monroe.

Heading the group for the coming year is Capt. Armand E. Breard, USCGR-Ret., president; Lt. Col. Miles Luke, USAF-Ret., vice president; Lt. Col. C.A. "Tex" Bennett, USAF-Ret., secretary; and Dorothy Roebuck, treasurer.

MOAA is the largest veterans organization in the U.S., and represents officers on active duty, former officers, members of the National Guard and Reserve, retirees and their surviving spouses.
