Sylvia C. Aiken, 68, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. Arrangements are incomplete under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Frances Maxey Albright
A visitation was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010 at Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church and was followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m. Burial was at Mulhearn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements were by Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lydia Redell Holleyman, 78, of West Monroe, were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, with Rev. Scott Howell officiating. Interment was at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Chatham.
Mrs. Holleyman went to be with the Lord on Friday, Feb. 5, in West Monroe.
