Responsibility without recognition
 Does your son happen to be the deep snapper on his football team? A deep snapper is probably one of the most underrated positions on the team. The deep snapper is usually unknown until he snaps the ball over the punter's head. Then people start asking, "Who is the deep snapper?" If no one knows, someone reaches for the football program to enlighten everyone in their section about who the deep snapper is.
The same scenario plays out in the same manner for the player who snaps for the extra points and the player who holds for the point after. The player who snaps for the extra points could have snapped the ball perfectly for 50 tries, yet no one in the stands is aware of the player who snaps the ball; except his momma and daddy.
