Burch still strong on Tech
Neville quarterback sticking to commitment after sudden La. Tech coaching change
With recruiting at a fever pitch until next Wednesday's National Signing Day events, Louisiana Tech wasted little time in making a splash with their new head coach, Sonny Dykes.
Dykes took over the program last Wednesday from the departed Derek Dooley.
"I want to start out by letting everyone know how honored I am to be named the head football coach at Louisiana Tech," Dykes said. "I have worked my entire life to get to this point and I have had lots of great mentors that have worked with me and taught me and brought me along. I am very fortunate to be here."
