OCS takes on Delhi Charter
The Ouachita Christian School Eagles (8-18, 3-3) travel to Delhi Charter (2-15, 1-4) on Friday night in a district rematch from earlier this season.
OCS downed the Gators in their only previous meeting by a score of 63-30 back on Jan. 12. OCS shot 45.5 percent from the floor in the second half of that game and got 15 points from both Levare Davis and Cade Lawhon. Davis also averages double figures in rebounding despite standing just 6-2.
Kent Speight, who averages nearly 20 points per game, scored 14 for Delhi Charter in the last meeting with OCS. Speight has been the catalyst of a Delhi Charter offense that has struggled to find other players to take some of the shooting pressure.
