ULM holds annual Athletic Foundation meeting

The University of Louisiana-Monroe gathered its Athletic Foundation members for their annual meeting inside the Alumni Center Saturday afternoon.

The meeting introduced a bold new plan by ULM executive director Dan O'Dowd that calls for the university to raise more than $377,000 in total funds for the Warhawk athletic department over the next year.

The plan calls for the university to go to homes and local citizens in the coming year and try to drum up support for the local university.
