Highland Garden Club members enjoyed a busy fall that led right into the Christmas season.

In October, the members and guests enjoyed a day trip to Ruston. The first stop was in Choudrant at the "Louisianne Gift Shop." Lunch was in Ruston at The Bistro.

After lunch, the group has a delightful visit with Ida Grey Graham and a tour of her yard. The last stop was at the Louisiana Tech Farm for ice cream and plant purchases.
Members present were Mary Bertrand, Alice Davis, Gloria Jones, Helen Ketchell, Micky Kiper, Abuna Moore, Rita Moore, Carol Tubb, Jeanette Willbanks, Margery Wroten and guest, Gloria Madden.
