Ouachita wins tournament
The Ouachita Lions downed the Wossman Wildcats in the championship game of the Don Redden Memorial Classic on Saturday night, 76-66.
Ouachita won the championship of their tournament for the second consecutive year and the eighth time in school history. Championships have been pouring in for the Lions the past two seasons. Ouachita won the school's first ever basketball state championship in 2009.
The game against Wossman was the fourth win over the Wildcats in the last five meetings this season. Ouachita last beat Wossman at the Carroll High School tournament last month.
