Sterlington, Claiborne Christian set for clash
by Cody Futrell - posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
The Sterlington Panthers downed Forest High School 71-67 on Saturday night and will play host to Claiborne Christian this evening, Jan. 7. The girls start the double-header at 6 p.m. with the boys beginning at around 7:30 p.m.

Kalen Goldsby and Matt Allred have led the Panthers this season. The young Panthers return just those two in the starting lineup from a team that placed third in district last season.

Sterlington is 16-9 on the season after picking up a couple of wins in their own Sterlington Shootout tournament last week.
