The Ouachita Lions won a pair of games in the Theodus Lee Memorial tournament at Carroll High School that also included the Wossman Wildcats and Bastrop Rams.
Ouachita opened the tournament with a 48-46 win over Wossman. It was the second victory in less than a week for the Lions over Wossman.

The two teams went scoreless for the first couple of minutes before Cedrick Treadway hit a three-point shot that gave Ouachita the early advantage. Treadway scored nine of the first 13 points by Ouachita and led the way with 16 points for the Lions.

Ouachita closed the first quarter on a 18-8 run to take a commanding 10 point lead after just one quarter.
