Ruby Mae Williams Beene
Ruby Mae Williams Beene, 86, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
She was born on Oct. 9, 1923 in Haynesville, La. Her parents were the late Joseph Washington Williams and Dora Clark Williams. She was married to the late Otha Gladney Beene. During World War II, she worked as an aircraft riveter in an airplane factory in Fort Worth, Texas.
Mrs. Beene moved to Murfreesboro, in 2006 from Magnolia, Ark. where she had resided for over 40 years. She was a member of the North Boulevard Church of Christ.
She is survived by four sons and their wives: Ronald (Dinah) Beene, Murfreesboro; Richard (Teresa) Beene, Rhinelander, Wis.; Russell (Sue) Beene, Lubbock, Texas; Randall (Sandra) Beene, Monte Vista, Col. Seven grandchildren and their spouses: Rhonda Beene Wingerter, Richelle Beene, Kristy (Michael) Jimenez, Amy (Jamie) Michaels, Marci Beene, Jake (Joy) Beene, and Ryan (Ruth) Beene. Nine great-grandchildren: Trevor & Marshall Wingerter, Grant Gilbert, Ashton Renn, Kalynn, Kaden, & Koby Jimenez, William & Abigail Michaels. Surviving siblings Marshall Ray (Evelyn) Williams; Mary (Bob) Broom; and sister-in-law Gerry Williams. Preceded in death by sisters Syble Marie Williams and Glenell Williams Ellis; and brother Joseph Milton Williams.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Lewis Funeral Home in Magnolia, Ark.  Visitation with family will be from 9-10 a.m. 
Pallbearers are Mrs. Beene's sons Ronald, Richard, Russell, and Randall; grandsons, Jake and Ryan; and great grandsons Trevor and Marshall Wingerter.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Twin Cities Memorial Cemetery in West Monroe.

Funeral services for Leatrice Davis Britt, 87, of Sterlington, were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Eugene Brown officiating. Interment was at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Bobby Dean Colvin
Funeral Services for Mr. Bobby Dean Colvin, 78, of West Monroe, were at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, at Feazel Chapel of First Baptist Church West Monroe with Rev. Mark Fenn officiating. Interment was at Unionville Cemetery in Lincoln Parish.

Reynolds Trippett Faulk Jr.
Funeral services for Mr. Reynolds Trippett Faulk, Jr., 91, of Monroe, were at 11 a.m. Friday, Bov. 27, 2009, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. J. Roddy Taylor officiating. Interment was at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Faulk passed away Monday, Nov. 23, 2009.

Douglas Howard Gulledge

Mr. Gulledge passed away Nov. 24, 2009 in West Monroe.

Mrs. Tommie Hines
