River Oaks ends 11-2 season against Brookhaven

The River Oaks Mustangs ended their 11-2 season Friday as they were unable to keep up with the high-powered offense of Brookhaven.

Brookhaven jumped out to a 14-0 lead at halftime by scoring on a 70-yard sweep on their first play, and driving in for a touchdown shortly before the second quarter ended.

Head football Coach Robert Hannah said his group fought hard in the third quarter and looked to have some momentum after quarterback Ryan MacGregor hit Vincent Moore for a 37-yard touchdown pass.
