St. Fred, Oberlin prepare to meet
The St. Frederick Warriors will host Oberlin High School (10-1) this Friday at Chip Luffey Field after a 30-6 win at South Cameron last week.
The Warriors overcame an early rushing touchdown by South Cameron's Thomas Bran in the opening minutes of the game and went on to cruise to a seemingly easy first-round win.
St. Frederick running back Jamar Owens found the end zone on a 10-yard touchdown run and Logan Blackford kicked the point after to give the Warriors a 7-6 advantage.
