Northeast Baptist reaches championship game
The Northeast Baptist School Knights recently completed their season by reaching the six-man football championship game last week.
The Knights fell to Lafayette Christian 50-26.
The team reached the title game by defeating Plain Dealing Christian Academy 32-24 in a hard fought victory for the Knights (5-6). NBS had been defeated by Plain Dealing 22-14 just a week prior to the upset victory that gave them the chance at gold.
