Mr. Bamburg passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 in Monroe. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today, Nov. 19, at Mulhearn Funeral Home of West Monroe.

On November 13, 2009, Carlton Bigelow claimed the final victory as he left his temporal home to enter into the everlasting kingdom of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Bro. Terry Ware officiated the homecoming service at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, with interment following immediately at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements were by Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

James Head
Funeral services for Mr. James "J.Y." Head were at 1 p.m. today, Nov. 19, 2009, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, with Bro. George Jacobs and Bro. Michael Sims officiating. A Masonic service followed at Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Interment was at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun.
Mr. Head passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, in West Monroe.

Virgil A. Hobgood
The memorial service for Virgil A. Hobgood, 70, of West Monroe, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, with Rev. Charles V. Dupree Jr. officiating.
Mr. Hobgood passed away on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, due to complications of leukemia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Chapel Hill Baptist Church, or the charity of one's choice.
Following the service, the family will receive friends and relatives for a time of fellowship and refreshment at the family home on Strozier Road West Monroe.
