Rebels begin quest for title
The West Monroe Rebels will begin their quest to win a seventh Class 5A state championship when they host No.31 Brother Martin (5-4) Friday night.
The No.2-seeded Rebels are coming off a 35-7 win over Pineville to wrap up a perfect regular season and another district crown.
Tashadi Talton had two touchdowns in the game, including a 96-yard touchdown on a kickoff return to open the game.
