Tech plans B.R. tailgating event

The Louisiana Tech Alumni Association will be hosting a tailgate for Bulldog fans heading to Baton Rouge on Saturday for Tech's game at LSU. The tailgate will run from 2-5 p.m. and will be presented by JPS Equipment/Volvo Rents.

Tech fans can congregate at the LA Tech Alumni Association tailgate on the corner of Skip Bertman Drive and Nicholson Drive near Lot D. Served on a first come, first served basis, the free meal courtesy of JPS Volvo Rents will consist of jambalaya, salad, bread and a drink.

Louisiana Tech will face the ninth-ranked Tigers of LSU at 6 p.m. at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. The game, set to kickoff at 6 p.m. CT, will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU.
