PAWS fundraiser garage sale starts Friday
PAWS of NE Louisiana volunteers will hold a garage sale fundraiser at noon Friday, Oct. 9, at 1010 Glenmar Ave. in Monroe. Hours continue at 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the building fund for the PAWS of NE Louisiana Spay Neuter Services. The program will assist low income pet owners, shelters and rescues by providing low cost spay and neuter surgeries.
PAWS is a non-profit organization that provides spay/neuter assistance, rescues animals from local shelters and visits hospitals and retirement homes with therapy dogs.
