Cake auction benefits livestock show
Ouachita Parish will host its first parish livestock show on Oct. 3 at the Monroe Civic Center.
In preparation for the event, the Ouachita Parish Livestock Club will hold a cake auction at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, at the LSU AgCenter Extension Office, 704 Cypress St. in West Monroe.
All proceeds from the auction will go towards funding the parish livestock show.
