Museum offers Coke floats

Come enjoy a Coke float in ELsong Garden from 9-11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4at Moonlit Garden complements of The Creamery and the Biedenharn Museum & Gardens.

The event is limited to the first 200 guests.

Guests are invited to stroll through the gardens and experience the sights and sounds created by the moonlit glow cast upon the many plants, water features and sculptures. Admission is free. No reservations are necessary. Be sure and bring change for a 5¢ Coke from the vintage Coca-Cola machine in the gardens.

Moonlit Garden events are scheduled for the Friday closest to the full moon during the months of June through October. Dance the night away under the moonlit skies with world champion dance instructor Tonya Lied on Friday, Oct. 2.

The Biedenharn Museum & Gardens is located at 2006 Riverside Drive and the Coke Museum and Museum Store are located at 2000 Riverside Drive in the Monroe Garden District.

The museums and store are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 2-5 p.m. Sunday.
