Funeral services for Mr. Joseph Aaron Bouwel, 67, of West Monroe were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, at Living Way Apostolic Church with Rev. Carl Shurte and Rev. Nathan Thornton officiating. Interment was at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Bouwel died Friday, Aug. 14, 2009 in Monroe.

Nelda Bryan Jacobs
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Nelda Bryan Jacobs were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 at Community Baptist Church, in West Monroe, with the Rec. Danny McIlveene officiating. Interment was at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.
Mrs. Jacobs, 89, passed away Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

Funeral services for Mrs. Evelene Tatum, 86, of Rocky Branch, will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 21, 2009 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Eugene Brown and Rev. James Mooney will officiate. Interment will follow at Rocky Branch Cemetery in Rocky Branch, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today, Aug. 20, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tatum passed away Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009.
