The Downtown Economic Development District, The Monroe Chamber, and the Ouachita Parish Library invite the public to participate in a Virtual Tour of Downtown Monroe.

The free tour will be presented by Larry Foreman of the Ouachita Parish Library from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 10. The event will be held at Rising Sun (upstairs at CODA) in downtown Monroe. Attendees may order and pay for their own lunch if desired.

The virtual tour will include the site of Fort Miro, Ouachita High School, the Courthouse, Hotel Francis, St. Matthews Church, First Baptist Church, Merchants and Farmers Bank, Ouachita National Bank, The Palace, DAR Chapter House and more.
