Erin Renate Wisenor and Jonathan David Huey were married at 6:30 p.m., May 23, 2009 at First Christian Church in Monroe, with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Randy and Debbie Wisenor of West Monroe. She is the granddaughter of the late Arley and Thelma Patten, the late Lynn Wisenor and the late John and Reni Hamilton, all of Monroe.

A graduate of West Monroe High School, the bride received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is employed with Oncology Molecular Imaging.

The groom is the son of Ron and Nancy Huey of Calhoun. He is the grandson of Jack and Shirley Huey of West Monroe, the late Eddie Earl Costin of West Monroe and the late Bettie Costin of Monroe.

A graduate of West Ouachita High School, the groom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is employed with Herbert Land Architect Inc.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a designer diamond white, Sottero-Midgley one-piece strapless, full A-line gown with corset closure. The embellished lace bodice featured a soft sweetheart neckline and an empire satin band. Embellished lace rained down the fine tulle lace skirt and encircled the hemline. She carried a hand-wrapped nosegay bouquet of hydrangeas, cool water roses, orchid, purple and lavender stock, green button poms and hypericum berries, lavender and purple alstromeria lilies, fuchsia waxflowers and stems wrapped with wild berry satin ribbon adorned with pearls.

Maid of honor was Laura Blaylock and matron of honor was Anna Wiggins Lee. Bridesmaids were Victoria Williams, Tara Washer, Katie Winnon and Lauren Williams. Flower girl was Katelyn Wiggins.

Best man was Ron Huey, father of the groom. Groomsmen were Chad Hatten, Brad Creel, Cole Wisenor, Jared Wisenor and Case Goodfellow. Ring bearer was Colton Cryer.
Ushers were Brandon Barnes, Casey Goodling and Aaron Weaver.

Attendants were Miranda Bryan and Karra Porter.

Music was provided by Lisa Lee, vocalist; Julian Jones, pianist and vocalist; Samantha Matherne, violinist; and Shelby McCarty, trumpeter.

Following the wedding, a reception was held at The Ouachita Grand Plaza in Monroe. After returning from a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in West Monroe.
