Doris Robinson is the April Teacher of the Month at Good Hope Middle School. Her 32 years of teaching experience includes seven years at Good Hope teaching seventh-grade language arts and 16 years at Kiroli Elementary. Also, she spent nine years at Jefferson Junior High, where Mrs. Calhoun, Good Hope's current principal principal, was one of her students.

Robinson and her husband have six children and six grandchildren. In addition, she attends Cedar Crest Baptist Church where she directs the handbell choir.

Robinson will be awarded several gifts including a Smoothie King coupon and a $25 gift card to her favorite restaurant. She also is entitled to a reserved parking space during the month and a certificate of recognition.
