Kathryn McMillon Mrs. Kathryn "Pudgie" McMillon, 67, of Calhoun, died Monday, March 23, 2009, in Calhoun. She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy McMillon. Michael Landon Miles Michael Landon Miles, 56, succumbed to Acute Myelogenous Leukemia at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Survivors include his wife Mary Dossett Miles, daughter Megan Moncrief of New York, his parents Landon and Virginia Miles, his sister Margaret McInnis and her husband Mike McInnis, and his aunt Juanita V. Ash, all of Monroe, his niece, Jenny Barnes Stacey and husband George and their children Mae, Barnes, and Margaret of Gadsden, Ala. and his nephew, Price Barnes and wife Christie of Nashville, Tenn. A private cremation ceremony was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at Brookside Funeral Home and Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Visitation was followed by a memorial celebration at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
