Claiborne Elementary to celebrate 100 years

Claiborne Elementary School in West Monroe will celebrate the school's 100th year with a reception and open house.

The events will be held from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 21 at the school, 1011 Wallace Dean Road.

The celebration is open to the public, and special emphasis is on having formers students, administrators, teachers and support staff attend.
