Two OPSB students named state finalists

Ouachita Parish Schools is proud to announce that two of our Ouachita Parish Students of the Year were selected as state finalists in regional competition.

Caleb Armstrong, fifth-grader of Swartz Upper Elementary, and Hamilton Winters, eighth-grader of West Ridge Middle, will both represent the region in state competition.
